This varies depending on building size and location but we will always conscious of the budget. When an official building quote is given to the customer, we include any delivery charges with no hidden extras. Our buildings are delivered on articulated lorries to site by our dedicated team of drivers.

Once a quote is accepted and a deposit is taken, our standard lead time is 12 weeks although this can change slightly either way depending on busy periods. If you are requiring our team to construct the building on site, this can also effect the delivery date due to demand.

We now proudly supply and erect buildings in seven European countries. Please speak to one of our advisors if your project is overseas and we can put you in touch with an SK System representative in that country or advise you from our UK office.

We would expect our buildings to last for 50+ years and also offer a three year warranty on all moving parts of our buildings as standard. The longevity of our galvanised structures is impressive and we have customers who bought from us decades ago and their buildings still look and operate as they did when they were new.

We can always offer our subcontractor team of groundworkers to lay the concrete base and address drainage on request to any planning requirements. Our quotes don't include this as standard though, and groundwork will be at an addition cost. Our subcontractors can also provide building roadways and carparks.

When a quote is given, we provide sales drawings for pre-planning. Once a customer is happy to go ahead we provide structural and sectional drawings and calculations within the building price that will be needed to satisfy building control. If a planning application is required, we offer the option to utilise the services of a local team of professionals who can compile a thorough local planning application for you at extra cost.

Absolutely. At SK System we are very focused on not just the quality but the aesthetics of our buildings and like to think they are visually amongst the best industrial buildings in the country. We won't treat it as just another steel building and instead be mindful of both quality, running costs and appearance.
